LTB ECU for GDE tune 2018 Ram Ecodiesel

I know this may be a long shot, but im looking for someone who is either selling an already tuned ECU from GDE (I know i will have to pay to have it unlocked to my VIN), or a stock ECU so I can send that one to have it tuned. Thank you in advance.

Any unit you buy has to be flashed to/with your truck's VIN number. Any dealer can do that. Cost ranges from free to 75.00.

can a dealer flash a blank ECM if it is not in the truck?
