Missing rubberized tray liner???

For those of you whom have the console, is there a rubberized tray liner for the tray right below the bottom of the heater controls??? Seems odd that I would not have one there and they would show the screws....

Yes very odd. Should be a liner. Mine has one.

Gotta give a kudos to the dealer, after all little issues I've had, they've been responsive to fix them. This morning the dealer personally dropped off a new tray liner at my house... That goes a long way to service after the sell....

Yea it does. It also might bring you back in the future shall you need another vehicle. I've never understood negligent service depts/dealers. Glad you have a good one.
