So recently i have been having trouble with my truck starting and it isn’t driving the way it’s supposed to, losing power going up hill and hesitating! Took it to mechanic he said it was fuel pressure regulator, replaced it than truck ran worse than before so I put old one back on and it was a little better but when I hooked up computer it gave me the “fuel pressure sensor code”. I replaced it the other day but truck wouldn’t start even after bleeding lines, so I put old one back on and it started up after a few cranks but still not the right way. Only code is the fuel pressure sensor now could this be the HPFP? Any help is good being it’s my only vehicle thank you !

I have no suggestions and don't know what fuel pressure regulator you bought. I have read that using a non Mopar fuel pressure regulator is a crap shoot at best.
