Facebook has several ECODIESEL groups, I have seen a few ecu's for sale there, they pop up occasionally.

Car-part.com is also a good resource for used ECMs. You have to use AlphaOBD or something similar to program injector codes and VIN in order to run in your truck. It's not a terrible process, especially if you are an Android user.
