Hello everyone, I’m new to this forum, I’ve had my Rebel ED for 5 weeks now with over 5000 km on it. A lot of towing with amazing fuel mileage compared to my 2011 5.7 hemi outdoorsman. I live in northern Ontario and fuel is 99.9 cents per litre compared to 114.9 cent per litre for regular gas. That is near $15 dollar saving if I fill the 98 litre tank. My best trip was 750km long at 9L/100km or 31mpg (canadian gallon). I did 19mpg pulling my 8x16 enclosed trailer on a 600km loop. No cruise and average 55 mph all highway. My new Rebel has many options, rambox, 12 screen, Harmon Kardon speakers, adaptive cruise...

Yes I am very happy, with my purchase, this is my retirement truck and plan on keeping it for a long time, my first Ram was a 1996 extended cab 360cubic inch with 8 foot box, I do miss that long box! Then bought the 2011 Ram Outdoorsman crew cab 5’7 box, I was hoping to get that truck with the V8 5L Cummins diesel, but that's the time Chrysler went bankrupt and the deal with Cummins was scrapped, thats the engine in the Nissan Titan last year and for only that year. I think the VM 3L v6 in my Rebel is a good fit for the truck.
