Hi every one, just checking to see what’s new with the ecodiesel, I had my engine replaced about 2 months ago for main bearings failure, luckily it happen at 99640 miles just shy of the 100k Mopar warranty and it got approved to be replace free of charge, but now I’m concerned if this happens again Mopar won’t replace it again. Honestly I love this truck but now I’m debating on going back to gas engine due to this main issue.

Welcome to the forum! Well it seems you're both lucky and unlucky.. two free engines is lucky, but unlucky you had to deal with it. Perhaps it's a sign to move on? I wouldn't let this motor scare you from diesels... some are just bad lemons sadly.
