I have never gotten mileage like that I am happy to average 22 where I live. Towing mode usually keeps the truck in 7th gear and that will eat fuel. I get the best mileage on the open road at about 52 to 55 but don't usually drive at that speed. Wind resistance is also a factor with these trucks, I modified my trailer so I could lay the ramps on the floor instead of standing up. Even with mesh on my ramps standing up cost me 2 mpg. Its hard to do but I try to hold a consistent speed on highways, even slowing and speeding up with traffic hurts my mileage. The only way you will see 32 is to be on a flat straight road at about 28mph with the read out showing instantaneous mpg.I recently bought a 2015 EcoDiesel with only 32k miles on it and was told that I should get 32 mpg on hwy. I'm getting 15.7mpg on hwy. We generally drive the speed limit at 65 mph. What's going on?

Pa. requires it be posted on the pumps but it's always posted at 40 so you have to take the vendors word if it's posted premium. At times I carry a glass container with lid and put a bit of fuel from the pump in it. I have noticed most better fuel seems to have a darker green tint around here.I can't even find a cetane # on the pumps here in Arizona.
