I am having trouble getting my VIN recognized , trying to check on my claim. Traded in my Cummins when we quit towing the toy hauler. Have a '16 eco, had fix put on in May/ June sent off all paperwork....no reply. Been loyal since '71 with cars, vans, suv, & trucks....no way to treat a customer.

welcome 2 the group check with the dealer who did the aem they have to file the paper work
