Hi everyone,
I’m new to the forum. I bought a 2017 1500 Big Horn three weeks ago. Love the truck!
Last week I used the remote starter and it failed, gave me a P20BD error (Reductant Heater B). I took it into the dealership and they changed the DEF heater line and an injector ($1600). Tried the remote this morning and got a P20EE error (Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold Level). This seems kinda suspect given the work I just had done, has anyone experienced this before? I’m calling the dealership Tuesday morning, just wondering if I’m in for a long haul of issues.
Any thoughts?
