PO12F and PO198 error codes

I’m new here, I have a 2014 RAM Tradesmen with the EcoDiesel and a little over 131,000 miles. Getting two errors. The truck will clear the CEL and then it shows back up a little later. Bought a code reader and get the two codes PO12F and PO198. The truck will go into limp mode and after a restart it will do alright for a day and the code throws again.
What are these codes and what’s recommended to get rid of it?

Ed, I see this is an old post, My truck started doing the same thing a few days ago, What was the fix?
