We had a post our on Facebook today asking about chipping on the front bumper.. I haven't noticed anything crazy but the member said Ram wouldn't warranty it because it was a "wear and tear" item.

Anyone else having paint chipping issues?

You mean flaking? I can't see paint chipping from impacts being anything but a "wear and tear" issue. Just my opinion.

Just assumed it was one of those things that happens. Not so much warranty. Just wear and tear

Yeah the 3m was available when I got it and provided warranty. Just had to be resprayed every 3 years. I opted against it. Wish I had gotten my grill and bumper done
