PX6 12.1” Tesla radio in my 2016 Ecodiesel

I installed the first version of the 12.1” Phoenix Tesla unit. Ordered on Black Friday 2019 and got it in January 2020.
It definitely has its pluses and minuses. I also installed the steering wheel volume controls.
My main complaint is my unit isn’t a “fast boot”
Anyone else have this type of unit that is a fast boot?
Pros-
Large touch screen
Apple CarPlay
Dash cam
Cons-
Glitchy Android software
CarPlay lags when playing music. Song playing is ahead about 10-15 seconds of what’s being displayed on the screen.
Takes forever to boot up!
Unit won’t stay clipped into the dash. One corner always pops off the main dash. (Push in clips)
You move your vents flaps, controls, retaining clips and covers to the full replacement bezel.
Main wiring harness isn’t long enough and makes for a difficult install doing it solo.

Anyone else swap out their 3.0 or 5.0 Uconnect head unit?

I had to add an external USB port for CarPlay because the center console usb becomes a charge port.
