I tried to remove my 10MM bolts from my def injector and both of them broke off I saturated them with PB blaster hours before and during but no help. This is a Georgia truck and no road salt. Now the problem. How far do I have to remove the exhaust in order to be able to get to the def injector? It appears I can remove the four bolts at the front of the exhaust and everything to the rear and remove it to try to drill them out and put in a recoil thread repair kit. Has anyone else experienced having to remove the exhaust for this same reason? Any help would be appreciated.

I am of no help but suggest you post on a Cummins forum for the correct help.
