So... Did it come with Oil analysis Report like the attachment? If not your detail report means it only has not had repairs and it certainly means nothing about future repair(s)...
I’m talking about a normal vehicle history report with regular service reports in its 7 years with a very regular maintenance schedule. (If there was a malfunction or failure, it would have been caught or noted due to the fact that all services and maintenance were done on time every time with the dealership) As there is no need to get into that much a detailed report unless there was a suspected malfunction or excessive oil burning and the issue is having a hard time being found. I suspect that the vehicle hadn’t had a regen done in a while and I caught it as the sensor read a full exhaust filter.
