I opted out of the class action settlement. I'm part of an individual lawsuit. It appears the crankshaft sensor issue fix now has a fix.
However my lawyer said refuse the Emissions Fix. My dealer believes I have to do the emissions fix in order to take care of the crankshaft sensor issue. I have a call into my lawyer waiting to hear from him. ????

The fix for those who opted out is W68. That will give you the software update and the extended warranty

My comment, "That will give you the software update and the extended warranty" is not correct.
W68 replaces the tone wheel, nothing more.
