running problems

i replaced the turbo cooling line and put everything back together and the truck started fine and slowly went down hill to where it will only idle if you pull the plug on the throttle body but turns red light on.
no indicator or messages are on and it will not idle without removing the intake breather tube (gives code) or unplugging the throttle body(turns light on).
does anyone have any ideas?

yes and has no codes and that is what is strange!

the throttle body butterfly remains fully open but i thought most are closed till you start it.
