I own a 2018 Ram ED and am wondering whether scangauge will be fully functional without bypass cable. Anyone out there have an answer?

I have the Scangauge II on my 2020 ecoD and seems to work for everything I've tried - DPF temp, Soot % on the filter, turbo temp. I like it. I use the OBD II cable supplied with the Scangauge, no bypass.

The question in my mind is will it reset codes without the bypass?

According to customer service at Scangauge unit will clear codes without bypass. Love unit so far. Watched it doing a regen on the way to work this morning (y)

Good news, that means my Edge CTS3 will clear codes as well.

Do you use DSR distance since regen in scangauges
