Trying to map the EGT PID sensor numbers for the 3rd gen ED with physical location, to monitor with Torque Pro. TP shows 4 EGT PIDs. I get temp readings on 1-3, but a constant -40F on 4. Got the Rebel on my lift and took some pix of exhaust sensors. Pic1, 2 sensors on the exhaust pipe between turbo and DOC/DPF. I believe one is the upstream NOX sensor, the other EGT1? Pic2 of DOC/DPF part shows 4 sensor ports. Two of these are sensors for DPF delta pressure, one in middle and other at EGR return T. Is there also an EGT in the middle, EGT2? What sensor would be in the port in front of the DOC (top of pic2)? Pic3 sensor is post-DPF. Most info I see says this is EGT3, the indicator of an active regen with temp>1000F. Pic4 shows 2 sensors post SCR, downstream NOX, the other?

Can someone help pin this down?

I'm trying to run down the P0426 catalyst temp circuit bank 1 sensor 1. I am digging round looking for a diagram of what sensor out of a Dozen on this truck is the correct one. Would be nice to lock down the EGT sensors, NOX, and O2 on the truck.
I know of the pre-turbo EGT, post turbo EGT sensors in respect to the exhaust system. But I don't know the rest.

Most everyone seems to agree EGT bank 1 sensor 3 is the DPF temp which shoots up to over 1000degF during active regen. I've been monitoring EGTB1S3 on Torque Pro for a month now and haven't seen an active regen. My driving is mostly freeway, DPF% hasn't exceeded 45, so that may explain the lack of active regens.

Based on Torque Pro readings, I'm pretty sure the NOX upstream and downsteam locations are accurate on my pix. I've also been trying to dig up a diagram that identifies EGT sensors by physical location. It likely exists in the service manual. If someone has access to a gen3 service manual maybe they can help out.
