Service electronic braking/trailer error

so I was driving to the airport to head to work and my wife calls me frantic, trucks wipers won't shut off, no signal lights work and service trailer and electronic braking system error codes coming up. Told her to shut the truck off but when she turned it back on its all there still. She's taking it into the dealer but driving without signals is no fun. Obviously it's electrical, any ideas? The electric rad fan switch or fuse also blew on this truck, power surges? I really regret trading in my hemi for this truck I have no faith in it at all.
