Ok I’m sure they’re are a bunch of posts on this but not sure how many with fully deleted truck sft tunes stage 2 afe intercooler pipes 3in downpipe 3in intake pipe message just showed up yesterday can still drive just doggy. Any ideas where to check first there are a million things it could be I’m just wanting somewhere to start truck has 180k miles been deleted fully at 100k

Nice to see you made it 180k miles, Did you clean the Plenum at missing parts service? its most likely related to the MAP Sensor, Clean and re-install, remove all that worthless foam and CP4 cover.

Not only did I make it up in till now truck has ran great no problem starting runs out really well that why I’m thinking it has to be a sensor I’ve read some took to dealer and they’ve replaced turbos injectors you name it I’ve owned many diesel trucks and I know when that stuff is showing signs of going back this truck ran awesome intill light came on

Cleaned map sensor and still the same shit guess I’ll try new accelerator pedal and sensor next

Just re-set the APPS, by unplugging it when running and shutdown , restart plug it back in , shutdown go to ACC/RUN do not start clear code and see what happens, You will need Alfa or WITech to remove Service electronic throttle control.

This should work to reset code don’t ya think

Not likely..SETC is store in both the EVIC and PCM module.

I don’t have a scanner so prolly take to dealer they said 55 bucks they can scan try and see what is setting the code off and go from there I guess I’ve tried everything else

Buy Afla and the MX OBDII, Its the next best tool to WITech, it allows you change options like Run Head lamps in High beam with Fogs. Pasty ABS code Etc.
