Starts , idles fine for 15 seconds and stalls, cant rev engine

From driver side injector was a little loose and at full operating temperature driving down the road it was spraying a constant mist. While driving had decreased power. I pulled over saw the mist and after a few seconds after seeing the problem the truck stalled. Added fuel and tighted bolt holing down the injector. Truck will restart and idle for about 15 seconds then stalls. When it is running I am not able to throttle up. .. any ideas

Based on your description, sounds like the nut connecting the fuel tube/manifold to the injector is what needs tightening. While you're at it, I would check all the rest of them as well.
