With that condition, how long do you guys think I should keep that filter for?

If I had to replace it, which air filter would you guys suggest me to get and where can I get it?

Thank you!

Welcome to the forum

I can't view any pictures in your attachment

Your manual says to use MOPAR # AF68190705AA
Here are my notes on alternatives
#1 Wix 42725 or 42725FR - Best by far
#2 Purolator One C25869 or A35462 (higher priced)
#3 Napa Gold (made by Wix)
#4 AC Delco A2943C

Where to buy? Shop locally or on the web for best prices

The manual says to change every 15,000 miles. I check mine every oil change

I just picked up a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee a month ago.

So far I have changed the oil with Rotella T6 5 40W
Oil filter with K&N Hp7042
Pennzoil diesel fuel treatment

Thank you, I will look into those options.

One more thing. It has been ages since I drove a car. But I noticed the following:
My car feels like it's got some friction (braking) sensation every time I accelerate especially when it's at low RPM. As if some parts in the engine are rubbing against each other or there is some rusted surface friction against each other. Is this just normal engine breaker or something else?

That's typical and a large complaint by almost every owner. The cures are either a tune or a pedal booster
Or, learn to roll into power rather than just push the pedal

By the way, my average fuel consumption is 10.5l /100Km I rarely went over 110Kph cruise speed. Not sure if this is normal. What's yours?
