had trans serviced on wives 2014 300m bought used (30,000 miles, anyway i was going to do it myself. after watching shawns vidio at mopar ecodiesel called dealer to get oil and filter prices, car has the zf8hp45, truck is zf8hp70 anyway same fluid, got a quote for oil $60.00 a qrt 5 qrts = $300.00. pan was $121.00 service said they would do a drop and fill for $189.00 plus $121.00 for pan which comes to $310.00 labor came to $82.00
so the oil through the service was a little over $20.00 a qrt, but if i try a buy it over the counter at Chrysler parts it is $60.00 a qrt when i asked why they said service just get a better price....this is just wrong called another dealership same thing.. i know they say lifetime fill and that is BS....anyway any comments?
