Hello all. I bought my 2014 Laramie in March this year with 87,000 miles. I purchased, along with the truck, a 3 year power train warranty. Last week my wife was leaving a light and there was a poof of smoke/steam, then no power. She limped it into a parking lot and called me for a rescue. I took the truck to the local dealership and after 2 days they called with a nice little list of parts that need to be replaced. The list is as follows: replacement of turbo, turbo hoses, EGR, EGR cooler, O2 sensor, and fuel injectors. This on top of the work done for the AEM recall, totaled $15,500.
Has anyone else been through something similar? Any previous experiences would help me figure my next steps. Thank you.
