Truck won’t start-P0090

First time posting here. Bought a 15’ Laramie with 116k miles on it. Currently has 122k miles and have had nothing but problems with this truck. With out getting into all the other issues, currently my truck will not start.

I’m getting the “Service Electronic Throttle Control” on the display and it is throwing a code “P0090” but no CEL. It comes back as soon as I clear it. I’ve researched both, but have not come to a good conclusion. Any help would be appreciated before I get it towed 40 miles.

I would go over all your electrical connections and fuses and report back

X2 ,Start with checking all the connections related to Fuel Pressure, FCA, PRV, Pressure sensor, something tells me if you had lots of problems its relate to surfacing around in the engine bay and shorted or unplugged something, other than that is the in tank pump engaging?
