I used this to track my 2014 2500 when it was ordered and tried to use it the other day to start tracking my new order. The site wasn't loading so i click on the "report an issue" tab and informed them of the issue. Below is the response I received this morning:
Dear Tim:
Congratulations on your 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie Limited 4x4!
We regret to advise that you will not be able to utilize our Vehicle
Order Tracking System (VOTS) to track the progress of your recent order
as the Vehicle Order Tracking System (VOTS) website is no longer
available.
According to our resources, your 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie Limited has been
assigned Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and is in the current
status of "Firm Schedule". Order is in the scheduling phase of the
manufacturing process. The parts required to build the vehicle are being
scheduled and as soon as they become available and ready, order will be
scheduled for build.
Our resources indicate your vehicle is anticipated to begin production
the week of April 4th. Please keep in mind as this timing is projected,
it is subject to change. I would encourage you to contact me back the
week of April 11th for updates, as I would be happy to keep you apprised
of the production progress of your 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie Limited 4x4
order.
