I hear you! If I didn't have only 20k mi and not still within lemon law of less than 24k.
I would tune it or sell it but, it's all stock and In climate controlled shop until fca acts.
fmc does not have a customer care they don't give a shit what u do they have the attitude a sucker born every minute there is a lot of 14 /15 / 16 and so on ecos sold every day I can not believe how stupid people r for buying a headache
But lemon law is real!
Fca cannot argue the lemon law.
I agree with you, that fca didn't do enough research before advertising this engine as eco diesel, long life, reliable etc.
It is none of these therefore they will honor the lemon law, I think.
Not sure how they can avoid the situation.
Not very many owners are still in my situation with so few miles.
I hope everyone who owns the ecodiesel gets even with the burden sooner or later.
