Unfortunately no. I have been griping at customer service reps for 3 weeks and all they tell me is that my case has been escalated. I don't know what that's helping with. I heard parts were supposed to be available in the 4th quarter but here we are and nothing. Good luck.

Has anyone heard anything on the repairs?
I spoke to my dealer and they are simply ignorant to the situation, I knew more than the rep, she told me there is no fix yet… I explained she was either ignorant or lying and was told to have a nice day… click.

She's neither ignorant or lying. Not sure what you expected her to say but your reaction deserved the click.
You are correct, the dealers are ignorant of the situation. I have a sharp and knowledgeable Service Manager who would also say there's no fix yet because he gets no info regards the recall.

Perhaps… but I would have expected her to explain that the CP4 is still being replaced with the same part for now. But you’re right I don’t expect much of anything from my dealership I do nt have a sharp service manager , they have turned their backs on the eco world.
