I have the SFT tune on my 2016 and have run 100% distilled water with no codes. This last 1800+ mile trip of 6 gals DEF and 2 gals distilled water with no codes.

Yep, they wouldn't approve mine without the original sales doc. Was surprised at that because their claim form says:

If you contact SFT they will guide you through any process. They are very helpful and have done the same for others who had difficulty with the computer.

I agree. The EPA can ruin a man's business and his life. I would not want to be in Keith's shoes. I wish him well, he definitely has his hands full.
The EPA interview is interesting and revealing. For me, it raises questions about what has been declared about the company and the product.
