I have the SFT tune on my 2016 and have run 100% distilled water with no codes. This last 1800+ mile trip of 6 gals DEF and 2 gals distilled water with no codes.

I use Archoil's AR6200 for preventive maintenance purposes. Is does not separate or affect the composition of the fuel.

Stan, That recall has been out for some time. I'm surprised you just received it. It's a simple and quick fix.

"Sold Out" means they got a visit from the EPA and will no longer be selling that tune. They are working on a "compliant" tune.

If you contact SFT they will guide you through any process. They are very helpful and have done the same for others who had difficulty with the computer.

SFT gives you the free option to keep EGR on or off. Here is a GDE/SFT comparison that is no longer valid as GDE has stopped selling Ecodiesel tunes

Thanks for the report, very complete. Seems like all of us SFT users are more than satisfied. I hope the GDE fanboys who declare that none of the SFT features work will read your report. Maybe, just maybe, they will accept the fact that the SFT tunes work as advertised. Then I hope they read...

I agree. The EPA can ruin a man's business and his life. I would not want to be in Keith's shoes. I wish him well, he definitely has his hands full. The EPA interview is interesting and revealing. For me, it raises questions about what has been declared about the company and the product.
