If I remember correctly, that wiring harness/module can be exposed and cause random issues like you mentioned. I'll try and find some posts. Glad they took care of you and found the problem though!

Welcome. I'm not to familiar with HP tuners (I've only used EFILive), but the tuner that created your files might have some more insight if that's the platform he uses. Otherwise, a nice scanner might do the trick. I do wonder if you don't have a tuning issue if you're still getting the pop up's...

Some get 20 MPG, some get 30.. depends on a ton of different factors. Location/Terrain/Driving Style.
