Called FCA about my claim 9/26/2019 and was given a case manager. The case manager identified a missing document from my package and asked me to email it directly to her which I did on 9/27.
Checked the claim tracking website and my status has changed from the document complete hourglass to...
Congratulations! It sounds like an ecodiesel is exactly the right vehicle for your driving needs! Same reason I bought one, to get great fuel economy and hopefully have diesel reliability with the ability to comfortably and safely pull my TT.
I don't know too about Chevy Bolts or the Nissan...
The only compelling reason I have read for using any additive is to improve the lubricity of low sulphur fuel. If the diesel you buy is already 5% biodiesel you shouldn't need it.(?) Where I live it never gets very cold so I don't know too much about cold weather fuel
Sent my documents in June 12th. FCA website says document complete with the hour glass. Called the FCA yesterday and finally got a case manager. (apparently I didn't have one). She reviewed my packet and I was missing a piece of required information. (spouses identification since we are both...

I was told after I submitted required documents it would be 10 to 12 weeks to get an "offer". I can get the flash anytime but no refund will be issued until I accept the offer and the submit the notarized stuff.
Just curious. From the posts I am seeing electrical (?) as the common cause, and inconsistent at that! I gotta say that some of those fires were pretty fierce judging by the pictures.
In 1994 I had a brand new Mitsubishi Galant catch fire. less than 10000 miles. Never got the cause of the fire...
Wow, that was quite the welcome you got! What year is your truck and how many miles do you have on it? When these trucks are right they are fantastic!
Are you aware that there is a Fiat Chrysler ECM flash that "supposedly" fixes some emission flaws in the vehicle that was put out in response...
