I'm sure a lot of focus was put into the DPF's and Urea systems as not exactly "new" technology now. They've been in use since 07 on light duty trucks so a lot has been taken from that. Lets hope I'm right though.
That's exactly why. The Ram press release had a statement from the chief engineer telling consumers the 3.0 L offered power yet fuel economy we're looking for. If a 3.0L gets the job done I'm fine with that.
