I was thinking, I wonder just how reliable is this turn knob gear selector? I can only imagine being somewhere in the middle of a dessert and it will not go into gear :(

You shouldn't not have to worry about adding oil between intervals. Yes some prefer to do it themselves and save the money. I do know you need to keep your receipts for the oil purchased in case of any warranty issues so you can validate you at least bought oil to change it with.

I found this video on youtube of a 2014 ecodiesel lifted. 35" Toyo tires with a 6" ProComp lift. He says it still shows around 24 MPG.. I'm in love with this!!

on this colder mornings you can tell it's a diesel as it's that "different" sound. But nothing to crazy or annoying.

Hopefully its just isolated to your truck, I've not heard of anyone else having that issue.

The only thing I could see that would possibly be different is the exhaust routing since the diesel has the DPF and such underneath that a gas model doesn't. Other than that I wouldn't see an issue.

I see Magnaflow has a exhaust for the jeep version of the ecodiesel, lets hope the truck is next? Who will be looking into one?

If I don't get a solid 27 on highway I will be disappointed.
