    Hello 2015 and 16 owner

I drove mine with a stripped plug for around 500 miles hoping it would shoot itself out and it never did. But there’s always a possibility for it. Plug it back up and hopefully the truck regens as it should

Turbo flutter noise and turbo bark

I too get the whirring sound when decelerating, assuming it’s the vgt vanes closing on the turbo, also around 55-65 mph I get your described sound. Very prevalent when I’m pulling a trailer. I discovered mine very similarly coming back from nj with 3k enclosed trailer. The only thing I did since...

I had an issue when I added led headlights and fog lights with my truck telling me my reverse bulbs (led)were out when they had been led since I bought the truck. I added the error message cancellers to the headlamps and haven’t had another issue. These trucks are very sensitive and don’t like...

    E.T.C light

If I tow a heavy trailer with my eco and don’t manually shift when taking off, I’ll get a P04DB Code every. Friggin. Time. I found that with my larger tires, and the transmission tune, it makes my engine lug and throws the code. Just something I do out of habit. Now I’m not sure what your codes...

    Intake manifold cleaner

I’d check your map sensor first. Easy enough to get to and a simple step before intake removal. If your going to remove the intake to clean it would be easier to just replace with new

Lucas fuel treatment in a Ram Ecodiesel.

If you put def in your fuel tank your going to have a disaster on your hands. At no point does def fluid mix with the fuel. EVER. Def is used in the exhaust for emission related actions ONLY... DEF ONLY GOES IN THE DEF TANK THEN THE EXHAUST USES IT AS NEEDED. This is a standard diesel fuel fired...

Lucas fuel treatment in a Ram Ecodiesel.

The ecodiesel is a “term name” of diesel. Such as a cummins or powerstroke is a diesel. If it says use for diesel, then this would apply to you. Wether you choose to run it or not is your choice.

Calling for an electrician for a dumb Ram problem

Most all of that is canbus data signals now. It’s truly hard to troubleshoot. A good scanner can actually control the whole system and will tell you any errors in any module.
