@John Jensen wasnt there mixed reviews as to that true recall? Iirc the recalls drops power and allows power to a safe spot, not nessasarily full power or ability to restart.

The ecodiesel is a “term name” of diesel. Such as a cummins or powerstroke is a diesel. If it says use for diesel, then this would apply to you. Wether you choose to run it or not is your choice.

I got a 05 tj that’s had the lovely antifreeze smell for years. Just waiting on mass failure before I have to gut the whole dash to do it.

Most all of that is canbus data signals now. It’s truly hard to troubleshoot. A good scanner can actually control the whole system and will tell you any errors in any module.
