I drove mine with a stripped plug for around 500 miles hoping it would shoot itself out and it never did. But there’s always a possibility for it. Plug it back up and hopefully the truck regens as it should

I’d check your map sensor first. Easy enough to get to and a simple step before intake removal. If your going to remove the intake to clean it would be easier to just replace with new

The ecodiesel is a “term name” of diesel. Such as a cummins or powerstroke is a diesel. If it says use for diesel, then this would apply to you. Wether you choose to run it or not is your choice.
Most all of that is canbus data signals now. It’s truly hard to troubleshoot. A good scanner can actually control the whole system and will tell you any errors in any module.
