I have literally walked out of a deal because they were trying to screw me on interest rates. I have perfect credit, so no reason to pay over 3% in my opinion.
I pay 200 extra on my truck per month, so I can pay WAY less interest.

I don’t buy a car worrying about payments. I am more concerned about the cost of said car/truck.
I would say 525 is not bad if it’s for 60 months, but 84 months...????
Also I’m concerned more about how much the interest will cost over the course of the loan.

I’ve seen that message when my def gauge hits the red. Then I put def in it and the gauge goes up. Just like when you put fuel in the tank. It’s normal.

Very few come to the internet to say “I love my truck” they come on here to complain, or try and find a solution to a problem.
I have a 2015 that I bought used with 19,000 miles, and I now have 32,000 done two oil changes so far, and hands down this is best truck I’ve ever owned.
Do your...
I’ve looked back on some other members OA and theirs are pretty much in line with mine around the same mileage, so I guess we shall see what the next one shows.

Excellent job there. My grandfather and father always taught me....what one man can do another can do. You proved that with this job, that would have scared so many other away.
If you don’t mind me asking what did the new glo plug cost you from the dealer?

This is my first oil analysis since i have owned my truck. 29000 on the truck and 9100 on the oil
What say the experts here??

2015
29500 miles
Nothing to report
Just filled my def tank, and the needle went to full as soon as I turned the key on. Unlike so many stories about the gauge not moving for a few miles.
Also about to change the oil for the second time since I’ve owned it this weekend.

I believe that’s a low exhaust temp code. Which is more than likely a nuisance code. I would make note of it, and then reset it, and see if it comes back on.

You need to find out what the code is before anyone can help you here. Auto parts stores can read the codes for free

Awesome!!! I have no doubt that I can do this when the time comes myself, it’s just nice to know for a fact that it can be done by the backyard mechanic.
