Arnie, our oil pressure is not a true real time reading. It’s some calculation between oil temp, rpm, and who knows what else.

Your truck will regen once it's up to operating temps, and your rpms are above 1500. And it doesn't take 30 mins. Mine typically completes in 4-5 miles of highway driving. I have completed a regen in town sitting in traffic. I just use the manual shifter and keep the rpms above 1800 and it...

Have you checked your map sensor. Sounds like that might be your problem. If not at least you could rule it out. And it's only about a 10-15 min check, and clean.

It's not hard. The map sensor is under the motor cover in the back center of the motor. You need to remove the foam insulator, and it's easier to get to if you remove the fresh air intake tube. T40 torx bolt and disconnect the wire from it. 10 min job. I didn't remove the egr tube from mine...

Here's my MAP sensor at 23000 stock tune. I bought it preowned, and the guy before me had 500 running hours with 225 idling. Maybe that's why it's so bad?!?

There's your problem...355 beers is a lot of extra weight. Drink half of them and I'll bet your mileage increases. [emoji41]
