You will need to really pay close attention to your payload and axle loads. Very robust WDH will be a must. Most of us install supplemental air bags. Several trips to a CAT scale to get set up properly. Many tow the weights you are talking about but you will need to pay attention to your set up.
What year truck?
How many miles?
How long has your EGR been deleted.... What kind of tune do you have?
Did you unplug all the various EGR related sensors?
Lots of unanswered questions for anyone to make any diagnostic conclusions.

The W58 recall is not a "fix" for tone wheel delimitation. The W58 flash is just supposed to keep the engine running long enough to pull to the side of the road as a safety measure. Once you turn the vehicle off it will not restart. It is only for immediate safety.
