A legitimate tune will remove that lag. If you leave it stock learn to roll into it, stomping the peddle is the worst.

More info would help. You don't say what year truck is, although not sure that makes a difference. Also the EVIC would say more than the filter is 100%, that would help. The AlfaOBD program will allow you to do a stationary regen. The Edge Insight CTS2 will allow you to do an on the road...

I'm seeing more and more Z46 problems. They seem to be on the newer trucks. In one case the truck is dead at the dealer and the dealer has told him there's nothing they can do. WOW! Then I read that there are newer truck owners who have no problems after the recall.
