Maybe I should've stated, IMO no way the 'common' man is offered a buyback on a perfectly running machine. Your dealings and relationship with FCA is anything but average it appears.

You guys can keep dreaming of a buyback, but it's not gonna happen, nor should it. FCA honors their warranty it seems, what the heck else ya want???? Better question is, where is this entitlement mentality coming from...

My gut says not a chance. Maybe FCA offers a check with the 'approved' ECM flash for compensation, but I don't see an all out buyback campaign like VW. That is just my opinion...

Doesn't sound like a good situation at all. If you're outside of any warranties it's gonna be a costly fix IE new/used engine. Nobody seems to rebuild them, just replace.
