If the 2014-16 are the Same SCR and 2017 is NON-Cert, possibly the 2014-16s would fail also, That's what happen to the 6.7 the EPA is enforcing backwards compatibility, on same regs /cert.

I've ran into the No Key FOB on other FCA Vehicles, the solution was to Delete ALL Keys re-flash the RFM and program the keys again, YOU must have the PIN for the VIN to program the keys. In addition ,The batteries are tricky in some FOBs.

Only as any option. Look how I defended T-6 and other NON-approval oils for 2 years in advance of FCA announcements, MS11106 was just not the best LUBE for the 3.0, I tested Those euro lubes and found that in long term ownership IMO it would have a impact with additional unnecessary wear...
