It's probably not, that's my guess.
Weird they can't read the codes. Nothing is different that I know of on these new Rams from any other modern truck with a OBD plug.

I think the grill cover would help in this situation. But, since it's blowing all cold air something else is wrong. On the GM's I've had I know the actuator goes back under the dash..I'm sure Rams are built the same way.

You'll find doing the oil change yourself saves a lot of money, and you know it's done right. A lot of dealers these days sometimes can even mess up the little things (like oil changes).
At this point, I'm not sure if anyone knows exactly how much oil is getting into the coolant.
Either way, oil is oil and needs to be fixed. If you want to get the codes read, go to the autoparts store (they read codes for free) and post the actual code.. but just don't clear them so it's...
