    I don't know for a fact.. but I thought anything on the SCR/DPR was covered under the 8 year, 80K mile warranty. I would try a different dealer.

    Welcome! Sorry to hear of the troubles. These trucks are no different from others, they all break. Sometimes we just get unlucky.. I wouldn't let this repair steer you away from the platform. If you like it, and still enjoy the truck just drive it and be happy.

    Before going the delete route, I would have the issue taken care of first(as long as you're under warranty). Then go the delete route.. it would be bad if the delete for some reason didn't take care of the trouble code.
