How many miles on your ecodiesel and have you had any problems?

Nor is blowing engine Warranty on a new vehicle out the door.

How many miles on your ecodiesel and have you had any problems?

I am totally with you @Ronald Doupe BTW 71k never touched my engine other than oil fuel and air filters. Got a flash at just shy of 3 years for a Def tank sensor. I realize I'm not the heaviest user but I've done my fair share of miles

    Air Suspension Problems

Catastrophic failure. Thanks Chrysler. Actually found the link side bounced up into the transmission cross member where I found it when putting floor Jack under the vehicle. Crazy.

    Air Suspension Problems

I just wish the really specific Body codes related to it were accessible without a dealership scanner. That would Make it much easier

    Air Suspension Problems

More air suspension problem goodies in these parts. Service message for a week, followed by immediate service with disabled compressor for a week. Got to dealer for a scan anyways: 2 bad height sensors. One open to ground one open to battery both left side. Needed pavers so loaded up 1800# in...

    Tire size

Yea man, the budget brand scares everyone off but a lot of guys in the Tire shops around here use them, saying it's just the original ko.

    Tire size

Yea I've heard that of many many people that were religious to those tires, but they softened the compound and added some siping so get snow certification as an all weather tire. They also get torn up on gravel pretty bad. The general grabber is supposed to be the old bfg ko mold, I wonder how...

    Tire size

I realize I'm colder climate but that's looking like it will be pretty darn good tread life overall

    Tire size

If you don't mind road noise these cooper Stt pro's are nice. I have 34k on the lesser half of the usable tread

    Tire size

    Sheesh! 80+ lbs? I find the 60-70# 275's a bit excessive

    Tire size

Thinking about going to the ridge grappler next, still 275/65. See if it's less noise than the stt pro. I want something more aggressive than a g2, so Stt Maxx, ridge grappler, or another set of pro's

Any one tried using Pela Oil Extractor for oil changes?

Well a guy can always put in grease banks and tubing. It's an option.

    New 5th wheel

The truck didn't do too bad, but it's very high profile. I was under 10mpg really chugging along. Cooling system handled the load fine but engine load you really could tell it was up there in rpms. Pretty sure in the next 2 months the delete is happening too which should help

    New 5th wheel

Thanks @1shadowsabre pretty slick rig for the family, and for winter I'm 20 min from Lake of the woods in Minnesota. Hope to get plenty of use.

    New 5th wheel

Got this rig last week, 30ft ice castle fish house 5th wheel. A little shy of 8k (think the sticker says 7280 empty). Just got the truck set up for 5th wheel last night and towed it to work this morning, temps were all good 62ish MPH, beast of a Trailer though probably a strict 55 tow...

    4 vs 6 inch lift

    (y) @Ofishl1 I totally forgot the exception of a mopar dealership outfitted and installed lift kit being the only Warranty exception to suspension etc. Good catch

    2014 Tow Mirrors

Hope this isn't too late but you can actually get the 2500/3500 tow mirrors that also have the power fold, will use your same wiring and door switch. For whatever reason power fold tow mirrors were available for 3/4 ton or better but not on the half ton trucks. So just find the 2500 power fold...

    4 vs 6 inch lift

Any lift or suspension modifications void drivetrain and suspension Warranty if that is what the dealership wants to do.

    Ecodiesel air ride lift/level

Finally got around to setting the links and having it aligned. Went 1.5" in the front so there is no rake. I thought about leaving 0.5" but figured if I want I can lift the back a little without feeling like the front is diving in the future. before:

Whats the biggest tire i can fit without rubbing or triming?

The factory 20" Tire is actually a 33, the 33x12.5 flotation Tire is just wider, it will not give you any more profile to the sidewall. Options are also limited in those, and factory size lt tires. I went to a 275/65 series Tire (34" or up to 34.4" as some MT treads), which is standard 20" Ford...
