I did actually get a call back from the parts department yesterday but they had only called their oil supplier which is both shell and Pennzoil who told him that Pennzoil euro is still the oil for our trucks.

New fluid can do wonders to a transmission but I wouldn't feel any reason to pull the factory fill out of our transmissions at my present mileage. And considering that you do, what fluid are you planning to replace it with?
