#1 is your axle shaft which drives the hub #2 is a dust shield for the inside of the bearing #3 is the non contact wheel speed counter

    New EcoDiesel owner guide

Well considering the wheel speed sensor hole and axle counters are on and against the spindle, and you're trying to grease the wheel bearing which is sealed and pressed into the bolt on hub, (which bolts onto the outside of the spindle) which then accepts the axle shaft where it is bolted to the...

    New EcoDiesel owner guide

Try as you might, I'm in salt country and I've never had an issue with a free moving part not being caked in grease. There's no contact there, so greasing it is pointless. To each their own I guess but it's not doing anything except trapping dirt that would otherwise come out

    HS Oil Cooler Kit

So you purchased the h&s cooler kit as a simpler alternative with less points of failure, but you had no success with the simplicity of the system and in turn had more failures. Not cooling sufficiently because of limited air flow and no forced air or hd option. Failed lines, and now you're...

They're sealed bearings? So why on earth would you pack the ABS/wheel speed count splines full of grease?

    Speedometer recalibration

You have no leveling kit, no spacers, factory rims and you don't get any rubbing correct? Factory coil suspension? What specifically is the brand tire you have out of curiosity?

    Speedometer recalibration

You have some pictures close and far with the 65 series tires on to share?

    Tire profile size

If you've already added a leveling kit I'd assume you to be just fine, height isn't really the problem section width is what will make you rub. Only way you'll know is trying it. Worst case scenario maybe a 1/8 inch spacer would be necessary. Which is very inexpensive. Or if you're planning to...

    Tire profile size

If you have any reason to get a load rated truck tire a 65 series 20" rim is a great option. It's a half inch more profile on each side of the rim, one inch total larger, significantly deeper tread, they're readily available because it's Ford super duty's standard 20" tire size. A 275/65/20 also...

He's quoting sizes of 20" rims so that's irrelevant

How many miles on your ecodiesel and have you had any problems?

You're going to want to change your driving habits to lessen your idling and get up to highway speeds for at least 10-15 minutes maybe once a week is ok. And you won't see it. It's not hurting anything but it's letting you know there's a lot of city driving that's not letting it complete...

    Exhaust system

Who did you use to tune the ECU for the delete? How is it in comparison to the truck it was when new? I've been considering it for the future based on longevity. That and the oil cooler upgrade. Figure those two things would eliminate the Chance of a lot of if's happening that could junk an engine
