DPF 100%, no active regens, running normally...?

Didn't force it. I visited a local dealer and asked to speak to a diesel tech. He said to just leave it alone, the truck will manage it. There's more to the regen logic than DPF% PID. Again no alerts, error messages, truck ran normally, usual temps, low (<1psi) DPF delta pressure.

DPF 100%, no active regens, running normally...?

If I follow, the DPF% read by Torque stays at 100 until an active regen reset, whereas the actual soot load may be different? Still wondering why the truck did not initiate an active regen on my last 100mi trip. The active regen PID remained OFF and EGT temps did not indicate an active regen...

DPF 100%, no active regens, running normally...?

That gauge is actually Intake Manifold air temp. Coolant temp runs around 200degF when warmed up. I have it displayed on the EVIC.

DPF 100%, no active regens, running normally...?

Using Torque Pro to monitor DPF soot %, typically runs between 35-45%, mostly freeway driving. Couple weeks ago DPF% pegged at 100 but truck ran normally and temps remained in normal, no active regen, ranges. Monday, took it out for a 100mi freeway trip. Pic1 shows Torque Pro readings about...

Seeking Exhaust Gas Temp sensor location clarity (Gen3)

Most everyone seems to agree EGT bank 1 sensor 3 is the DPF temp which shoots up to over 1000degF during active regen. I've been monitoring EGTB1S3 on Torque Pro for a month now and haven't seen an active regen. My driving is mostly freeway, DPF% hasn't exceeded 45, so that may explain the...

Seeking Exhaust Gas Temp sensor location clarity (Gen3)

Trying to map the EGT PID sensor numbers for the 3rd gen ED with physical location, to monitor with Torque Pro. TP shows 4 EGT PIDs. I get temp readings on 1-3, but a constant -40F on 4. Got the Rebel on my lift and took some pix of exhaust sensors. Pic1, 2 sensors on the exhaust pipe between...

    2021 Rebel, San Diego

Hello, My 2021 Rebel looks exactly like the site banner Rebel without the bed cover. Have a couple other mopars, 1970 Road Runner convertible and 1969 Charger RT. Little late to the Torque Pro party (PID monitoring), trying to sort out locations of the exhaust gas temp sensors so I know what...
