Just received mine a couple days ago. I sent all my paperwork in-in February. I called twice. You have to work the options in order get through to a human. Just keep trying. FWIW
Got my ear cooler replaced last week. It was the "updated" version. The original went out at about 30K miles. The dealer also updated the ECM under a warranty recall. Now I'm back to the dead pedal problem that occurred with the first flash. Almost underivable again....
Good questions! I would look carefully at your paperwork, see if there is any "recall" information on the work order. (Just saying, in case you haven't already) Then take it back to the dealer and ask them to tell you which version of the software "is" on your ECM. I'm fairly certain any changes...

Every parameter this letter addresses, “it might but it might not” regarding DEF usage, mileage, performance is just a cover written by a child!
The claim that small percentage of vehicles “may” experience the noted symptoms is also very telling.
1. they know the AEM will affect performance

When my EGR cooler was replaced, the dealer also flashed my ECM under "Recall-U53 ORC Flash 68085881A1-68346715AC". I am now getting 3-4 mpg less than before. I also noticed I can hear the turbo now. Does anyone know what this recall was about?
True. While I have only had the DPF filter warning once at 80-90% full, I did drive the truck in 4th gear to keep the RPMs around 2000 until it completed a full regen. I try to get out on the freeway when I can and typically drive in in "tow/haul" mode which makes the truck more drivable in rush...
