An update from the lawyer I have: I looked at the new F150 today, and what they want to give me for a trade in i had to walk away. I am in agreement with TC if the class action wins in the plaintiffs favor, bring it back to the dealer first chance I get.
9/17/18: CASE UPDATED.
Hi everyone, checking in with a quick update. In June 2018, Plaintiffs asked the Court to "certify a class." That basically means we asked the Court to allow this case to go forward on behalf of a large group of vehicle purchasers rather than ONLY on behalf of the specific plaintiffs named in the Complaint. The defendants (FCA and Bosch) asked the Court to deny our request. We have responded, and a hearing will take place in November 2018 in front of Judge Chen. We should have a decision within a few months of that hearing
