My warning that my filter was “80% full, drive highway speeds to resolve” came on, so I did that but it didn’t help and now says “100% full, see dealer

Your DPF is "full", meaning that it is restricting exhaust flow and needs a regen to burn of all the collected soot. Yes, the dealer can trigger a regen, but will likely say you also need a bunch of parts for a bunch of money. You can do it yourself but will need a unit to connect to OBD port and connect to the ECU. Search this site for "how to..."

I did the same. Now is at 100% and need to take it to the dealer. My OBD don't have the option to force reagent and I try to put it in neutral and force a reagent but unsuccessful. My cuestión is: how much longer can I drive it?

How long did you drive at highway speeds? When I used to get this message, I would have to drive for 10+ min before the DPF was hot enough to start the burn-off. Once it started, the dash would display the percentage as it went down - 10% increments. Putting more load on the engine, such as driving an extended uphill, or towing a trailer with high wind resistance, or into a strong headwind will raise your EGTs and help the process go faster.
