2014 Laramie 4x4
265,000 km.
Glow plug replaced at 175,000. Coolant valve 3 way at about the same time. DEF flush due to bad DEF.
Have only seen 3 regeneration requests since new. All after a week of city driving. Truck does lots of long trips at highway speeds.
Knock on wood, so far so good.

Posted before, but now have 101,434 miles, just got back from pulling new Toy Hauler RV to Montana, then straight to dealer for recall reprogram. No real issues. I have installed external oil cooler which I will be relocating as I am not satisfied with its performance. Only averaged 13mpg on the trip (humor), starting at 800ft. elevation, ended at 4400ft in Kila Montana, with Butte, Bozeman, and another climb that I don't remember the name with insane altitude's. Didn't like the climbs on the trip out, on the way back only had two bad climbs. The recall reprogram has introduced a new turbo lag that I did not have before. Fuel mileage is good gained two mpg average.

several recalls, several 'service engine throttle' MIL, Turbo In Limp mode once bad sensor, the latest one was fixed by the recall...magically. The truck ate 3/4 a tank of radiator fluid but dealer says it was only 1 cup low.... Throttle response is laughable. No data to report on mpg.

Godssman document the coolant loss & dates and stay after the dealership as you likely need the post AEM warranty to take care of your EGR cooler. If you take some of that recall money and get a GDE tune she will be responsive, get a bump in power & mileage, the service engine lights will stop, the oil would stay clean etc etc, and if you decided to fix the EGR cooler permanently with EGR delete kit the tune will do that also.

Brand new 2018 Kalifornia truck here, 1,200 miles! LOL Great power and fuel mileage. My DEF gauge hasn't moved yet. Being I live in a socialist state I can't do a tune on mine. I intend to mount a bypass filter soon though.

2015 Ram Outdoorsman Eco-Diesel. Bought used in October of 2016 with 7900 miles on it. (Owned/driven by the owner of the small-town dealership where I live.) 58,000 miles on it now. Three issues with Throttle Control Module going into full limp mode - covered under warranty. (Plenum sooted up or something.) EGR Cooler replaced in April of this year. $2740 out of my pocket, but to be reimbursed under the emissions settlement. AEM flash for that emissions topic has turned it into a much less powerful truck when pulling my 25 foot, 6000 lb. trailer. MPG with that used to be 12-13; now is about 9 mpg and poor power. Mileage empty back and forth to work stayed about the same - 23-24 mpg.

Dealership just rebuilt the DEF systems, now throws a P203E code up for DEF level sensor. It is as the shop currently getting body work done and 2 recalls and then hoping that they put a new DEF tank on since they "rebuilt" the system and now throws a code.

Still love my truck and hoping it goes another 116,000.

2014 with 102,000 miles. Never been in the shop. Have B&M gooseneck hitch and Vulcan airbags. Truck regularly pulls close to max weight from bumper and 8k pound from gooseneck. Chevy guy as a kid, then big Fords for pulling. First Ram and best vehicle I have ever owned.

wow, thx for sharing signal27, there's been so much negativity about these trucks, it's really nice to hear some positive comments about it!
